The CATTRON® Series heated catalyst gas purifiers are designed for use with CDA and Oxygen, effectively reducing hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen impurities to levels below 1 ppb. The purification process involves catalytic oxidation of reducing species, including CH4, NMHC (non-methane hydrocarbons), CO, and H2.
For situations requiring the removal of CO2 and/or H2O, a LINETRON series purifier can be installed downstream. The CATTRON series purifiers are engineered for continuous, uninterrupted operation without the need for consumable components. Under normal conditions, there is no need to replace or regenerate the purification column, eliminating the need for an end-point detection deviceand ensuring straightforward installation and operation.
